Marketplace terms
How Bole Marketplace works
Bole Marketplace connects buyers with registered businesses. Contact seller opens authorized business contact options; it does not place an order, collect payment or arrange delivery. There is no marketplace checkout.
Business verification
A human administrator reviews business registration and TIN evidence before a shop can sell publicly. Verification applies to the business, not every device or specification. Individual checked facts are labeled separately.
Seller information
Merchants are responsible for accurate descriptions, current availability, photo labels, prices and the warranty or return terms they offer. Missing information remains not supplied. Buyers should confirm the device’s condition, repairs, accessories and terms directly before a purchase.
Availability and reservations
Availability confirmation records when the merchant explicitly checks stock. It is not a guarantee of future availability. Existing reservations and recorded sales appear in the account workspace. Cancellation of a hold is available there.
Photos and claims
Model reference photos must be labeled. Seller-reported information must not be represented as independently checked. Business evidence and private documents must not be published in listings.
